Diesel is a 7-year-old, 70-pound Siberian Husky with a big heart, a big personality, and a classic Husky voice to match. He is a professional communicator and will gladly keep you updated on his thoughts, opinions, and important Husky business.
This handsome boy is the definition of a loyal companion. His favorite place in the world is right next to his person. Whether you're relaxing at home or settling in for the night, Diesel wants to be close—especially at the foot of the bed where he can keep watch and make sure everything is exactly as it should be.
Like many Huskies, Diesel has that perfect mix of independence and devotion. He enjoys staying close to home, but if he has a trusted adventure buddy, he's ready to explore and see what the world has to offer. A secure yard is best for this curious guy because Huskies are famous for their wandering spirit and impressive ability to find their own adventures.
Diesel also takes his job as "wildlife inspector" very seriously. Birds, chickens, squirrels, and moles? He sees them as exciting opportunities to practice his catching skills. Don't worry—he's not looking for a snack, just enjoying the thrill of the chase. Because of this, a home without small animals would be the best fit.
When it comes to toys, Diesel is more of a "hang out with my person" kind of guy than a professional ball chaser. Fetch is fine, but his true passion is simply being included and spending time with his humans.
Now, Diesel does have one little confession...
Nail trims are the WORST.
He can be a little dramatic about boring things like grooming, but honestly, who doesn't have something they complain about? Underneath the theatrics is a very good boy who just wants patience, love, and reassurance.
