Miss Louise and her 4 siblings were picked up as strays in rural Mendocino County at the beginning of 2023. They spent two weeks in the middle of winter in an outdoor kennel at a local animal shelter. As soon as their stray hold was up, we rushed to pick up the two remaining pups (Thelma and Louise). Their siblings were pulled earlier in the day and these two girls pierced our souls with their sweetness and intense desire to be saved.
Louise is the perfect mash up of snuggles and playtime. She is confident, ready to meet new people and take on the world. She loves other dogs, she’s great with kids and she’s respectful of kitties. She will greet you with a wagging tail and will offer kisses to show you that she wants to be your best friend.
