Meet Phill. This Jack Russel/ Decker Terrier sweetheart is a bounding, bouncing ball of joy and energy. One look at him and you have fallen in love - hook, line and sinker. Phillip is what everyone needs in their life, instant gratification and instant happiness. Our boy is a perfect puppy but there is just one catch - he has a blood clotting disorder, he bleeds easily and once he begins bleeding it doesn’t stop (Hemophilia A). Phillip is 6 months and 15 lbs of fun!
We are looking for a special Adopter. Someone with a mellow home and no other pets… or an adopter in the veterinary field/ one that has access to medical care in case a blood transfusion is needed.
